The new Yamaha R3 has been revealed and now it looks more aggressive and appealing thanks to the updated front-end. The Japanese bike maker has updated the R3 according to the new design language that is seen in the new R1 as well as the R15 V3 and even the new R125. The front is completely redesign, which looks sharper than ever.
There is a new set of LED headlights along with a faux air intake that makes it look sporty. It gets a bigger windscreen and muscular fuel tank. The side fairings have also been revised along with the slightly tweaked rear profile. The instrument cluster has been updated too that now gets backlit TFT display and features info such as gear indicator, engine heat level and a digital clock.
This update also comes with 37 mm KYB USD forks and new clip-on handles that offer better handling. Apart from these changes there is nothing new. The engine is the same 321cc, twin-cylinder, liquid cooled motor that produces 41 BHP and 29.6 Nm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
