Harley Davidson has unveiled a portion of its 2022 motorcycle line-up. The new models have started arriving at the authorized US Harley Davidson dealerships from today onwards. While they will be arriving at dealers across the country in the coming weeks. In addition, other new models from the Harley line-up will be unveiled on January 26 at the “Further. Faster.” World Premiere Event. The 2022 models flaunt new paint schemes. However, a few of them get subtle upgrades. Let us find out the detail about the 2022 models that have been revealed:
Harley Davidson Sportster® S:
The performance cruiser motorcycle is powered by a 1250T, Revolution Max, liquid-cooled, V-twin engine that churns out 120 bhp power. Moving on, the 2022 Sportster® S gets two new color options namely White Sand Pearl and Mineral Green Metallic besides the existing Vivid Black color.
Harley Davidson Pan America 1250:
The Pan America 1250 models have taken the ADV segment by storm since their launch in February 2021. These models are basically designed from the ground up to fuel the spirit of adventure on & off-road and to inspire rider confidence. The 2022 models feature improved visibility of the information on the TFT display screen. Furthermore, the active time of Vehicle Hill Hold Control gets extended from 10 seconds to 3-5 minutes. Besides this, the 2022 Pan America 1250 models sport a new color scheme - Fastback Blue/White Sand.
Harley Davidson Heritage Classic 114:
For 2022, the American cruiser will get a new Chrome trim option for the rider who prefers a brighter look. Having said that, the bike gets a total of two trims namely Chrome and Black. The Heritage Classic 114 Chrome trim gets features like Black 9-Spoke cast aluminum or Chrome Laced wheels. The Heritage Classic 114 Black trim, on the other hand, is offered with features like a Gloss Black rear light bar, front lightbar, windshield brackets, & turn signal standoffs, Black Anodized wheel hubs & hub cap, Matte Black exhaust shields with Chrome muffler tips, Black mirrors & triple clamps, and Black 9-Spoke cast aluminum or Black Laced wheels.
Harley Davidson Fat Boy 114:
The 2022 Fat Boy model gets a revised tank badge. Furthermore, the Lakester cast aluminum wheels are re-styled with 11 turbine-like spokes and an open center. Lastly, it now gets a single trailing “wing” while retaining the centered star.
Harley Davidson Fat Bob 114:
For 2022, the bike gets a new waterslide fuel tank graphic in an oval shape with “H-D” on the lower edge.
Besides these, Harley Davidson Iron 883 model gets a blacked-out stance. While the Harley Davidson Forty-Eight model gets a heavy-hitting fat-tire style with an iconic peanut tank and bulldog stance.
For 2022, the Harley Davidson Grand America Touring Series - Road King, Street Glide Special, and Road Glide Special gets new paint schemes. However, no mechanical changes have been made here.
