The Harley-Davidson Road Glide and Street Glide receive several updates, including new features. Both motorcycles sport new design elements that enhance their overall appearance. Powering the Street Glide and Road Glide bikes is an updated Milwaukee 117 V-Twin engine. For better performance, the unit now features a cooling system, providing improved thermal comfort and enhanced intake. The 2024 Harley-Davidson grand tourers also get four selectable ride modes: Sport, Rain Road, and Custom.
Additionally, the motorcycles come equipped with a new 12.3-inch TFT touchscreen dashboard along with a 200-watt audio amplifier and Skyline user interface. The new TFT touchscreen dashboard has replaced the analog instruments and controls available in the previous model. Harley has also enhanced riding comfort with aerodynamic improvements. According to the manufacturer, there is a 60 percent reduction in helmet buffeting at highway speeds and a three-inch improvement in suspension travel at the back. For longer riding, the seat has been modified with improved padding.
