The leading two-wheeler maker Suzuki Motorcycle has introduced new color schemes for its popular scooters, Access 125 and Burgman Street, ahead of the festive season in the country. As part of the new festive offerings, the Access 125 is now available in a new Metallic Sonoma Red/Pearl Mirage White color. The new bold color scheme is a mixture of dark red tones, along with a tan seat cover and off-white panels. On the contrary, the 2024 Suzuki Burgman Street has received a Metallic Matte Black No. 2 shade, which features an interesting matte black finish and contrasting maroon shade on the side panels and front apron.
The 2024 Suzuki Access 125 is priced at INR 90,500 (ex-showroom) in India. On the contrary, the Burgman Street lineup is being offered at INR 98,299 (ex-showroom). The Managing Director at Suzuki Motorcycle India, Kenichi Umeda, said, “The festive season is a special time for our customers, and we wanted to make it even more memorable by introducing special festive colours in our scooters. The Access 125 and Burgman Street have been appreciated by our customers for their performance, comfort, and style. We believe that our customers will find these new colours attractive and will add joy to their riding experience.”

Suzuki Burgman Street
The Burgman Street scooter comes equipped with a 124-cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that generates power of 8.58 bhp at 6.500 rpm and peak power of 10 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The unit is mated to CVT, and it is known for its robust performance. The 2024 Suzuki Burgman Street is more spacious and larger than the Suzuki Access 125. The scooter features a longer seat, maxi-scooter style, and more floorboard space.
In terms of features, the Suzuki scooter comes equipped with a 21.5-litre boot, an LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, and a glove box with a USB socket. In its segment, the scooter rivals the TVS Jupiter 125.
Suzuki Access 125
The Access 125 receives the same practical design Suzuki is known for. It is one of the most popular 125-cc scooters in the segment. In terms of features, the 2024 Suzuki Access 125 has a USB charging slot, LED position, LED headlight, anti-theft locking, CBS, and a fully digital LCD with smartphone connectivity. The digital LCD provides access to ETA updates, turn-by-turn navigation, SMS, WhatsApp alerts, calls, and information about the last parked location via the Suzuki Ride Connect application.
Powering the Access 125 is a 124-cc engine that churns out a power of 8.5 bhp and a peak power of 10 Nm. The scooter receives a simple hardware setup, including a single rear spring, telescopic front forks, and a front disc/drum with a drum brake at the back. It competes against the Honda Activa 125 and the TVS Jupiter 125.
