The leading SUV manufacturer Jeep India has officially started reservations for the 2025 Jeep Meridian premium SUV in India ahead of its launch. The new model will come with better technology, safety features, and off-road capabilities. It is scheduled to be launched in India next week. The 2025 Jeep Meridian is an updated model of the Toyota Fortuner. It will rival the likes of the MG Gloster.
Jeep India has started the “Built for Big” marketing campaign with the all-new Meridian premium SUV. Interested customers can reserve the 2025 Jeep Meridian via their nearest Jeep showrooms or official website. In the Indian market, the standard Jeep Median price ranges between INR 31.23 lakh and INR 39.83 lakh (ex-showroom), while the upcoming MY2025 version of the popular SUV is likely to be priced a bit higher.
2025 Jeep Meridian Features
The new Jeep Meridian comes equipped with Uconnect Connected Services, which incorporates more than 30 remote and connected services. These include remote engine start, Alexa home-to-SUV control, geo-fencing, auto SOS, and remote vehicle monitoring to make a connected drive on the road or independently from a distance.

Interior and Safety Enhancements
Inside, the Meridian SUV houses connectivity and convenience features like a 10.1-inch (25.65 cm) touchscreen, nine Alpine speakers, a 25.9 cm (10.2) fully digital instrument cluster, and wireless charging. On the safety front, the MY2025 Jeep Meridian premium SUV is packed with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). It comes equipped with more than 70 security and safety amenities, such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, and Collision Mitigation Braking.
Powertrain Options
In terms of body style, the Meridian is being offered for the first time in five- and seven-seater formats, depending on the customer's requirements. The premium SUV will draw power from a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine that churns out power of 168 bhp and torque of 350 Nm. The unit is paired with a 9-speed AT or 6-speed MT transmission with 4×2 or 4×4 drive choices.
The 2025 Meridian is a wholly new car packed with a 4x4 system that features Selec-Terrain, effectively enabling the car for different terrains. It has 203 mm of ground clearance and 16-inch water-wading capability to provide both city driving comfort and off-road. In addition, it features a Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) suspension system for a better and smoother ride.
