The leading four-wheeler manufacturer Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched the updated Urban Cruiser Hyryder SUV in the Indian market with notable feature upgrades. The 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder price in India now starts at INR 11.34 lakh (ex-showroom), while the previous model is available at an ex-showroom price of INR 11.14 lakh. The automaker first rolled out this compact SUV in India in 2022.

Bookings for the new Toyota car are currently open. Interested buyers can reserve this SUV online or by visiting their nearest Toyota dealerships across the nation. In the domestic market, the 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder gives tough competition to the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Volkswagen Taigun.

2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Feature Upgrades

When it comes to new upgrades, the higher variants of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder feature amenities like ventilated front seats, an eight-way adjustable power driver seat, ambient lighting, rear door sunshades, LED spotlights, type-C USB fast-charging ports (15W), updated speedometer, an air quality index (AQI) display, and reading lamps.

For real-time tracking, the automaker is offering a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) in almost all variants. Select variants of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder feature the latest twin-tone exterior color scheme. In addition, the 2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder's safety features include six airbags as standard and an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB).

2025 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Powertrain

Under the hood, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder engine remains the same. The updated model continues to draw power from a 1.5-litre petrol engine that is paired with hybrid technology and a CNG powertrain. Multiple transmission options are available in CNG-powered and petrol-only variants of the car; these include six-speed automatic and five-speed manual configurations.

The company continues to provide ownership benefits like an 8-year/160,000 km warranty and a 3-year/100,000 km warranty, which can be extended to 5 years/220,000 km on the hybrid battery. Toyota is also offering a total of 66 accessories to the Hyryder owners.
