Ford India has launched the Freestyle Flair Edition at a starting price of Rs 7.69 Lakhs for the petrol and Rs 8.79 Lakhs for the diesel engine, respectively, in the country. Both the aforementioned prices are Ex. Showroom, India. Being the range-topping variant in the Freestyle range, it comes with dual-tone exterior and dual tone cabin with added safety and comfort features. Ford Freestyle Flair Edition will be offered in three colours - White Gold, Diamond White and Smoke Grey.
Flaunting a dual-tone red and black color scheme, it also gets a Flair badge on the doors with red accents on blacked door handles. The roof is finished in black color with red roof rails. On the similar lines, the ORVMs too are done in the dual tone black and red theme. Riding on all-black alloy wheels, Ford Freestyle Flair Edition comes with a black skid plate with red inserts on the front bumper. Inside the cabin, there is a dual-tone black and grey upholstery with Flair badging on the seats. As for features, the cross boasts of automatic headlamps and wipers, reverse parking camera, remote central locking, automatic air-conditioner and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with embedded satellite navigation and FordPass app.
Ford Freestyle is equipped with the first-in-class intelligent Active Rollover Prevention (ARP) technology which works in sync with Electronic Stability Control. It also features 6-airbags as a standard safety feature. Mechanically, Ford Freestyle Flair Edition is powered by the same BS6 compliant 1.2L TiVCT petrol and 1.5L TDCi engines which develop 95bhp & 120Nm and 99bhp and 215Nm, respectively. Both the engines are linked to a 5-speed manual transmission as standard. The company has also collaborated with JioSaavn to provide a one-year premium subscription and ad-free music to all the buyers who book any variant of the Ford Freestyle before February 2021. The JioSaavn app will also host exclusive Ford Freestyle playlists.f
