Kia EV4 Design and Features
Kia EV4 hatchback, showcased for the very first time, shares a profile similar to Kia EV6. The car gets vertically stacked LEDs in the headlight section, sculpted front panel, and bold black side cladding. In the back of Kia EV4 sedan, there's a major differentiation seen, which comes in the form of the bold black lip spoiler for the hatchback as well as overhauled taillights. The look is closely replicating the EV4 concept shown in 2023, featuring its pointed front nose, sloping roof line, and defined shoulder lines.
The Kia EV4 sedan variant features a contemporary but dynamic design with a more sloping roofline and lengthened body, providing it a sportier image. Kia EV4 Design includes a new grille with the integration of radar, new 19-inch alloy wheels, larger wing mirrors, and flush door handles add to its road presence. The dimensions of the car might be larger than the 4,365mm length of the Kia Seltos.

Kia EV4 Launch in India for Sportier Appeal
Kia EV4 launch is also presenting the EV4 GT-Line model, which increases the sportiness of the vehicle. The Kia EV4 revealed sedan trim comes with exclusive wing-shaped bumpers, an aggressive front-end design, and exclusive triangular-patterned 19-inch alloy wheels, distinguishing it from the base models.
Kia EV4 Battery Expectations and Performance
Though Kia has not made the official specs public, the Kia EV4 performance is expected to be based on the E-GMP platform, the same as for models such as the Kia EV9, EV6, and Hyundai Ioniq 5. The Kia EV4 battery expectations are such that it will have two battery packs: 58.3kWh and 81.4kWh, just like the EV3. The electric car might have front-wheel drive as the base version, with an all-wheel-drive version to follow later.
Kia EV4 Launch and Market Positioning
In 2023, Kia India applied for eight electric cars' trademarks, among which is the EV4, along with the EV3 and EV5 that are already in international markets. Although Kia EV4 launch in India is yet to be finalized, it would position itself below the Kia EV6 in Kia's lineup in case it gets introduced in the Indian market.
Stay tuned for further updates as Kia EV4 launch will come with important details at the Kia EV Day on February 27.
