Mercedes-Benz E-Class Features

For front passengers, the sixth-generation Mercedes E-Class houses a 12.3-inch display and a 14.4-inch unit. The most notable upgrade in the upcoming E-Class is the availability of the rear-seat package, which incorporates twin-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, boss mode, USB charging ports, a two-stage air purifier, and more.

Mercedes-Benz E-Class Powertrain

Under the bonnet, the E-Class will draw power from both diesel and petrol engine options. The petrol engine is a 2.0-litre, inline 4-cylinder that can churn out power of 195 bhp. The diesel unit, on the other hand, is a 2.0-litre, inline-four-cylinder engine that generates over 200 bhp of power. Both engine options are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission unit, which is also equipped in other Mercedes saloons. In its segment, the new E-Class gives tough competition to the newly launched BMW 5 Series.
