MG Motor India has expanded the Hector Plus lineup with two new variants: Select Pro and Smart Pro, enhancing the popular seven-seater SUV’s options to nearly 30. Priced from INR 19.71 lakh (ex-showroom), the MG Hector Plus new variants offer more choices for consumers, bringing a balance of luxury, space, and performance.

With price revisions for the MG Hector Plus and the introduction of the variants Select Pro and Smart Pro, the company has gained a better stance in India's extremely competitive SUV market. Now with these updates to the Hector Plus SUV in India, it rivals the likes of the Mahindra XUV 700, Tata Safari, and Hyundai Alcazar.

2024 MG Hector Plus Features 

The Select Pro and Smart Pro variants of the MG Hector Plus come with top features, such as 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This is how the MG Hector Plus features are set upon the map and keeps this SUV at the technological forefront.

2024 MG Hector Plus Specs

The MG Hector Smart Pro variant is being offered with a diesel powertrain, and it is priced at INR 20.64 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available with a 2.0-liter diesel engine mated to a six-speed transmission. The engine churns out power of 170 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. The seven-seater option is available on both variants. 

The Select Pro Petrol CVT petrol variant is packed with a 1.5-liter engine giving 141 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. These specifications provide the Hector Plus SUV India with an exhilarating ride on highways as well as city roads. Both variants have been upgraded with respect to earlier variants and promise the maximum amount of driving pleasure.
