The South Korean luxury car maker Kia will launch the new-generation Carnival MPV in the Indian market on October 3, 2024. The company started the booking process for the new Carnival on September 16, 2024. Within 24 hours, the auto giant received more than 1,822 pre-bookings for the new Carnival. 

Within three years of its release, Kia sold 14,542 units of the standard Carnival MPV. Bookings for the Carnival MPV are currently open for a token amount of INR 2 lakh. It is anticipated that the price of the forthcoming Kia Carnival will range from INR 45 lakh to INR 50 lakh (ex-showroom). It will reach Indian shores as a completely built-up unit (CBU).

The Chief Sales Officer of Kia India, Joonsu Cho, said, 'This is a proud moment for us, with the new Carnival setting new standards. We are confident the Carnival Limousine will redefine the segment. With its distinctive design, luxurious features, and segment-first technologies, the Carnival continues to push industry benchmarks.' 

The Kia Carnival Limousine is likely to come loaded with various advanced features like adjustable seats, dual-sunroof, one-touch smart sliding doors, a dual-panoramic curved display, along with a 12.3-inch infotainment system, a Bose-sourced 12-speaker music system, and a 12.3-inch instrument console. It is likely to feature level 2 ADAS technology with 23 autonomous amenities and comfort features.
