The new more powerful, longer-range, and safer Ola S1 Gen 3 electric scooters are now being delivered all across India. The scooters start at Rs. 79,999 (ex-showroom) and three variants are available for now.

The deliveries of Ola S1 Gen 3 electric scooters have begun all across India. The new and more powerful and long-range scooters are being delivered in three trims S1 X, S1 Pro, and S1 Pro Plus.

The pro variant Ola scooters now come at a premium of Rs. 15,000 after the launch on 31st January 2025. The scooters are reaching their owners through nationwide retail showrooms and doorstep deliveries.

The new Ola scooter starts at Rs. 79,999 (ex-showroom) and competes with Ather 450X Gen 3, TVS iQube ST, and Bajaj Chetak Electric.

Ola S1 Gen 3 scooter improvements

Ola Electric has significant improvements over its S1 gen predecessors. For instance, there is a 20% increase in power and battery range.

It now has a new mid-drive motor and chain drive. It also adds safer dual-channel ABS on the S1 Pro Plus. It also adds a brake-by-wire system. These upgrades boost performance, safety, and energy recovery.

Ola S1 Gen 3 scooter variants

The entry-level model Ola S1 X is available in three battery options 2 kWh (108 km range), 3 kWh (176 km range), and 4 kWh (242 km range).

The 4 kWh variant is powered by an 11 kW mid-drive motor, allowing it to achieve a top speed of 125 km/h, similar to the S1 Pro (4 kWh). Other enhancements over the previous model include:

The S1 Pro is available with three battery pack options of  3 kWh (176 km range), 4 kWh (242 km range), and 5.3 kWh (320 km range).

The flagship S1 Pro Plus is offered in two battery options of 5.3 kWh (320 km range) and 4 kWh.
