Land Rover, one of the most popular luxury SUV manufacturers in India, has recently rolled out the unique Range Rover Ranthambore Edition in the Indian market. The first of its kind, the Ranthambore Edition of the Range Rover, is available at a starting price of INR 4.98 crore (ex-showroom). It takes inspiration from the long-wheelbase Land Rover Range Rover, which is currently on sale in the domestic market.
The new Ranthambore SUV has been manufactured especially for Indian customers. The SV branch of Land Rover has customized the new Range Rover. Land Rover has announced that it will only offer 12 units of the new Ranthambore SUV in India. A portion of the total amount earned by selling the new Ranthambore Edition will be donated by the brand to the Wildlife Conservation Trust of India.
Range Rover Ranthambore Edition Design
The Land Rover Range Rover Ranthambore features a unique design language that includes an exclusive deep black exterior color scheme complimented by a shimmering red effect. The color scheme is highlighted by Anthracite and Corinthian bronze accents, which remind one of the stripes of a tiger. The SUV features the same color effect on the mirror caps and roof. It rolls on 23-inch dark grey alloy wheels.

Range Rover Ranthambore Edition Interior
Inside the cabin, what sets the Ranthambore Edition apart from the brand's other offerings is its light Perlino and Caraway semi-line leather followed by contrast stitching. The seats, light linear wenge veneers, cushions, and white ceramic dials are all specially embroidered to give this new SUV a luxury finish.
The new Range Rover SUV comes equipped with scuff plates that denote 1 of 12 and Ranthambore Edition, further enhancing and highlighting its uniqueness. On the feature front, the Ranthambore Edition is packed with amenities like fully reclinable seats, cupholders, a powered rear armrest, a refrigerated compartment, and more.
Range Rover Ranthambore Edition Powertrain
Under the bonnet, the Range Rover Ranthambore Edition draws power from a 3.0-litre, 6-cylinder, turbo-petrol powertrain. The unit is tuned to produce a maximum power of 394 bhp and torque of 550 Nm. An 8-speed AT unit does transmission duties.
