Skoda Auto has rolled out the Slavia Monte Carlo edition in the Indian market. The new edition starts at INR 15.79 lakh (ex-showroom). In the brand’s lineup, the Slavia Monte Carlo has now joined the Kushaq Monte Carlo, which was launched in 2023. The Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo variant also marks the brand’s 112th anniversary.

Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Features

The all-new Slavia Monte Carlo is being offered in two twin-tone color schemes: Candy White and Tornado Red with a Deep Black roof. It features a revamped blacked-out grille at the front and design elements like ORVMs, side skirts, a front spoiler, black 16-inch alloy wheels, and a boot spoiler. The Slavia Monte Carlo also has a black finish around the windows and fog lamps. It comes loaded with door handles along with Dark Chrome accents, black bumper garnish, and a smoked LED tail lamp.

Inside, the Slavia Monte Carlo features a red and black-themed interior that comprises Monte Carlo scuff plates, 2-tone seat upholstery, and a black dashboard with red inserts. There is a ‘Monte Carlo’ logo on the headrests. The new Skoda Slavia luxury car is packed with electrically manageable front seats, an electric sunroof, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and aluminum pedals.

Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Engine

Skoda is offering the Monte Carlo with two engine options: 1.0-litre TSI and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engines. The 1.0L TSI is available with a 6-speed automatic and manual transmission, while the 1.5L TSI petrol engine is paired with a 7-speed DSG transmission. The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit can churn out a maximum power of 148 bhp and a peak torque of 250 Nm. According to the brand, the 1.5L TSI engine has been revamped accordingly to comply with the latest RDE norms. This unit now offers better fuel efficiency compared to the previous version.

Skoda Slavia and Kushaq Sportline Variants

Aside from the new Slavia Monte Carlo edition, Skoda has also launched the Sportline variants of the Kushaq and Slavia. The Slavia Sportline version is placed between the Prestige and Signature trims in terms of pricing. It is being offered at a starting price of INR 14.05 lakh (ex-showroom) for the 1.0 TSI MT variant. The 1.0 TSI AT and 1.5 TSI DSG variants are priced at INR 15.15 lakh and INR 16.75 lakh, respectively (ex-showroom). The Slavia Sportline variant comes in a total of six color options, namely,

Brilliant Silver               Lava Blue

Deep Black                Carbon Steel

The Kushaq Sportline variant is available at an ex-showroom price of INR 14.70 lakh (ex-showroom) for the 1.0 TSI MT trim. On the contrary, the 1.0 TSI AT and 1.5 TSI DSG trims are priced at INR 15.80 lakh and INR 17.40 lakh, respectively (ex-showroom).

The all-new Sportline variants come equipped with the same cosmetic upgrades as the Monte Carlo edition. The new variants are loaded with blacked-out design elements, body-colored wing mirrors, all-black alloy wheels, black wing mirrors, and LED headlamps with LED DRLs. The Skoda Sportline variants come with an electric sunroof, a connectivity dongle, alloy foot pedals, rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming IRVM, and 6 airbags.
