The big car manufacturer Tata has introduced the all-new and compact sedan ‒ Tata Tigor 2025. The revised lineup arrives with different variants, improved features, and the latest electric vehicle (EV) version. The newest Tigor begins at ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and offers more value in Petrol, CNG, and EV categories. Here’s a look at what’s new.
Tata Tigor 2025 Features
The 2025 Tigor gets a few design updates with 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and a shark fin antenna for a more premium look on the top model. The cabin is packed with modern tech which includes a bigger 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and USB-C charging ports.
The top variant now offers a 360-degree camera, HD rear parking camera, rear wiper, and TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) which will make driving safer and more convenient. Other notable features include:
- New steering wheel with lit up logo
- Updated driver’s display
- Power-folding mirrors
- Wireless phone mirroring
- Climate control
- New fabric seat upholstery
- Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
Tata Tigor 2025 Specifications
The 2025 Tata Tigor keeps the reliable 1.2-litre petrol engine. It produces 84 bhp and 113 Nm of torque which is paired with either a five-speed manual transmission (MT) or a five-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).
Tata also offers a CNG powertrain for buyers looking for lower running costs. The CNG version outputs 72 bhp and 95 Nm of torque with the same transmission options.

Tata Tigor EV
Tata has also updated the Tigor EV with a revamped front grille, badges on the front doors, and vibrant new color options.
The top model Tigor EV now comes with a faux leather-wrapped steering wheel, an adjustable driver’s seat, and cruise control. This improvement makes it a more premium offering in the electric sedan space.
The Tigor EV is available in two options:
- 19.2 kWh unit with a range of 221 km
- 24 kWh unit with a range of 275 km
