Volkswagen Passenger Cars India recently rolled out ‘Volksfest 2024’ with festive discounts on its cars. The manufacturer is offering festive discounts of up to INR 2.30 lakh on the Taigun, Virtus, and Tiguan. The new VW festive offers are only valid until October 31, 2024. Volksfest is the brand’s yearly celebratory event, through which the company provides several offers to its customers, including exclusive benefits, offers, and engagement opportunities.
Volkswagen Volksfest 2024
VW says that the Volksfest customer event brings various benefits and offers, including add-on services such as add-on warranties and service packages. Under Volksfest 2024, Volkswagen owners will get valet services and free parking at premium malls across the nation. The brand will host an ‘Engagement Zone’ with competitions and games at these malls. Also, for prospective buyers, there will be a ‘Trust Drive’ zone, which will enable them to drive Volkswagen cars. VW is also offering gifts for bookings and test drives at its dealerships.

Existing VW customers can get exclusive benefits on several after-sales services, including value packages and add-on warranties. In addition, the Onam editions of the Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus have received positive responses from buyers. VW has received mega deliveries for the new Taigun and Virtus in Kerala, and the brand is expecting the same response from other Indian regions in the ongoing festive season.
Volkswagen Taigun
The Taigun compact SUV is now available with benefits of up to INR 2.30 lakh. After the price cut, the entry-level 1.0 TSI Comfortline trim is available at INR 10.90 lakh (ex-showroom), which makes it INR 80,000 more affordable than before. The VW Taigun GT 1.5 TSI DSG variant attracts discounts of up to INR 2.28 lakh, while the Topline 1.0 TSI gets benefits worth INR 1.86 lakh. On the contrary, the GT Plus 1.5 TSI MT is now being offered with a discount of INR 1.97 lakh, and the VW GT Plus Sport 1.5 TSI DSG receives benefits of up to INR 2 lakh. Volkswagen is offering the GT Plus Chrome 1.5 TSI DSG edition with an enticing discount of INR 2.30 lakh.
Volkswagen Tiguan
The Volkswagen Tiguan attracts festive discount offers of up to INR 2.25 lakh. These include an exchange benefit worth INR 75,000, a corporate discount of INR 50,000, and a cash discount of INR 1 lakh. Notably, these discounts on the Tiguan will only be available until September 2024.
Volkswagen Virtus
Volkswagen’s popular offering, the Virtus, also receives special discounts under the Volksfest 2024. Before this, the entry-level Comfortline 1.0 TSI model had been sold for INR 11.56 lakh (ex-showroom); it is now priced at INR 10.90 lakh (ex-showroom). While the AT version of the Topline and Highline trims earn benefits of up to INR 1.37 lakh and INR 1.58 lakh, respectively, the Highline 1.0 TSI MT variant is available with discounts of up to INR 1.30 lakh.
