Xiaomi, a leading tech giant, has recently unveiled the SU7 Ultra variant with three electric motors. The brand rolled out the SU7 electric sedan earlier this year. The company is aiming to make the new SU7 the fastest electric car in the world. It is also planning to bring the new prototype to the popular Nurburgring track at the end of this year. The SU7 Ultra will rival high-performance EVs such as the Tesla Model S Plaid and the Porsche Taycan. It will come with cutting-edge technology, quick acceleration, and a potential Nurburgring lap record.

The SU7 Ultra will come equipped with three electric motors, one from the V6s electric motors and two from the brand's latest V8 Series. The three electric motors will deliver a combined output of 1578 bhp. The power output is even more robust than that of the Porsche Taycan. The company claims that the powertrain will enable the track-focused variant to go from 0 to 200 km/h in just 5.96 seconds and from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.97 seconds. The top speed of the car is expected to be around 350 km/h.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is said to feature CATL's latest Qilin II high-power battery pack with an 897 V charger. This battery set allows the car to go from 0 to 100 percent in just 12 minutes. The new electric variant features carbon fiber for body panels, which has shaved off over 500 kg, bringing its weight to around 1,900 kg. The SU7 Ultra features an aggressive body kit with a rear wing, diffuser, and front splitter.

The SU7 Ultra will rival the likes of the Tesla Model S Plaid, Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, and Porsche Taycan Turbo GT. Xiaomi has only revealed the prototype version for now, while the production model is likely to come in 2025.
