The leading two-wheeler manufacturer Honda has recently filed a design patent for the Beat scooter in India. The company has established itself as one of the largest two-wheeler manufacturers in India. The Beat scooter is already quite popular in Southeast Asian countries like Indonesia and Thailand.
The Honda Beat scooter is the brand’s premium offering, and it is packed with a range of features, including keyless ignition, an anti-theft alarm, 14-inch wheels, and an LED headlight for better visibility. It features a decently sized grab rail, a traditional floorboard, and a single seat.

Powering the Honda Beat scooter is the same 110cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that is also equipped in the Honda Activa. The motor can churn out a maximum power of 9 bhp at 7500 rpm and 9.2 Nm at 6000 rpm of peak torque.
In global markets, the Beat scooter is available in various color shades. The Honda Beat scooter is packed with a USB charging port and a Combined Braking System (CBS). Suspension duties are done by telescopic forks up front and monoshock at the rear.
Honda has registered almost its entire scooter lineup in India in the past few years. However, the automaker has not issued any official statement regarding the launch of these vehicles in India. The company has protected its design in case it decides to launch or manufacture these products in India.
