KTM has unveiled the 2024 edition of the RC 8C motorcycle for the international market. The auto giant will only manufacture 100 units of the new track-only motorcycle. KTM will commence pre-bookings for the bike on March 20, 2024. To pre-book the new model, buyers will have to pay INR 1,000 Euros. As of now, the track-only motorcycle will only be available in the USA, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and South Africa.
The auto giant is hosting a handover session in Portimao, Portugal. Customers can also schedule the delivery of their RC 8C at Portimao; however, doing so will require them to purchase the race parts package. The event will incorporate a personalized track setup session, hot laps in the KTM X-Bow, a track day with KTM racers, and a preview of new KTM products.

The 2024 KTM RC 8C is powered by an 889-cc LC8c parallel-twin engine that generates horsepower of 135 bhp. The unit is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is a track ready bike as it is equipped with lightweight components. The bike sports a bespoke chassis and utilizes racing components.
KTM has teamed up with Kramer Motorcycles to manufacture the new RC 8C motorcycle. The KTM RC 8C comes equipped with quick-release body and tank panels, Pirelli racing slick tyres, and lightweight Dymag wheels. It also features several top-notch components, including a 43-mm WP Apex Pro close cartridge fork at the front and a WP Apex Pro 7746 monoshock at the rear, along with a remote preload adjuster. The suspension has been tweaked for track use.
The 2024 KTM RC 8C houses Brembo Stylema front brake calipers that grip the twin 290 mm disc up front, as well as Brembo 19RCS Corsa Corta radial master brake cylinders. A 230-mm disc with titanium screws and aluminum rotors is located at the back. The bike also has a datalogger with inbuilt GPS and a five-inch TFT screen, along with an AIM MXS 1.2 Race dashboard.
