The CFMoto which is a Chinese automaker is likely to reenter the Indian market around June 2025. This comes after the brand sold a few of its premium bikes like the 450MT well in international markets. The brand came and suspended operations in India in 2019 before.
The bike is expected to compete with similar bikes like Royal Enfield's Himalayan and KTM 390 Adventure in India. Moreover, the 450MT is designed to be lighter and more manageable than a larger adventure bike.
CFMoto Expected Launch in India
The Chinese automaker wants to make a comeback with its amazing off-roader bike, the CFMoto 450MT. CFMoto had initially launched four motorcycles in India back in 2019, but sales didn’t take off as expected.
The company seems better prepared this time and will import the 450MT in CKD (Completely Knocked Down) form. This new and capable bike will likely enter India in mid-2025.

CFMoto 450MT Price and Market Positioning
CFMoto is known for pricing its bikes competitively compared to established brands internationally. The 450MT will likely follow the same strategy in India. The bike could be value for money and compete with bigger names like the KTM 390 Adventure, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, and Honda NX500.
