At Auto Expo 2020 Everve Motors will unveil its first electric scooter. The Pune-based electric company believes that their upcoming scooter will be India's most premium electric scooter to sell. Whether the luxury element would come in the form of excellent construction quality and high-spec parts or a variety of apps, the business has not defined. Because electric scooters like the Ather 450X, Bajaj Chetak and the TVS iQube have already set the bar quite high, Everve will have to come up with something special to back up its claim.
For now, Everve claims its sporty motorcycle scooter will have apps such as gps, position of the bike and alerts on the radio. This says that one of the most powerful electric motors used on an electric scooter will be used by the coming scooter. The scooter will have a maximum 110kmph speed which would make it quicker than the other luxury electric scooters currently available. Finally, the firm says the lithium-ion batteries from the scooter will be able to be fully charged in 5 hours via a 5A socket from the household.
Look for the maker at Auto Expo 2020 to show a scooter prototype while the production model could go on sale in the last quarter of 2020.
