The Indian automotive brand Bajaj Auto is famous for offering robust vehicles, including motorcycles, autorickshaws, and scooters. The company was established in the 1940s and is currently headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Bajaj Auto is currently the second-largest motorcycle manufacturer in India and third worldwide. As per the reports, the auto giant sold more than 30,000 units of the 125cc version per month. Powering the Bajaj Platina 125cc is a 4-stroke, SOHC, DTS-I unit that churns out a peak power of 8.4 bhp at 7,000 rpm and 10 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. The unit is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The Platina 125cc has a mileage of 70 km/l and a top speed of 90 km/h.

The Bajaj Platina 125 comes equipped with a hydraulic telescopic fork at the front, and at the rear, it gets SNS-type twin hydraulic shock absorbers. Braking duties on the Bajaj Platina 125cc bike are done by a 110 mm drum brake at both ends. The motorcycle offers a ground clearance of 160 mm. It has a seat height of 785 mm and a fuel tank capacity of 13 litres, while the kerb weight is measured at 110 kg.
