Jeep India has launched the new Jeep Compass Night Eagle Edition in the Indian market. The special edition of the brand’s famous Compass SUV is priced at INR 25.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The automaker discontinued this SUV from the Indian market last year. Now, the new model has been launched by the auto giant in a bid to grow its sales in the country. Jeep is offering the Compass Night Eagle in three color options: Black, White, and Red. The car comes with a sleek black roof, which provides it with a bold contrast. Bookings for the Night Eagle are currently open in India. Customers can reserve this SUV online or via Jeep dealerships.

The Jeep Compass Night Eagle features a 'Black' theme. The new edition houses factory-fitted elements that improve its distinctive appearance, including a shiny black finish for several exterior components like daylight opening (DLO), black roof rails, and grille rings. The SUV rolls on 18-inch alloy wheels.

The Compass Night Eagle has a rugged yet stylish profile. Inside the cabin, it comes equipped with updated standard features like premium carpet mats, a dashcam/rear entertainment unit, ambient lights, an air purifier, and underbody lighting, providing an enhanced driving experience to users. The Night Eagle is loaded with features like keyless entry, a multi-function steering wheel, panoramic sunroof, a push-button start/stop system, a wireless charger, and more. As standard, the Night Eagle edition gets a black dual-tone roof. The new model is placed between the Limited and Longitude variants of the Compass SUV. The SUV features a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system along with Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto, complemented by a 7-inch MID featuring analog dials.

The Compass Night Eagle is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that churns out 168 hp and 350 Nm of peak torque. The unit is mated to either a six-speed manual or a nine-speed AT transmission. The newly launched edition rivals the likes of the Tata Harrier Dark edition, the Mahindra XUV700, and the recently launched MG Hector Blackstorm.
