Moto Faast, Okaya’s brand-new EV scooter is going to launch tomorrow on 17th October, company officials said. And the price of this new EV is speculated to go around INR INR 1.50 lakh.

Okaya motors ia launching their brand new EV scooter tomorrow, i.e., 17th October. The scooter is expected to price around INR 1.50 lakh(ex-showroom). The manufacturer has given the name Moto Faast to their newest launch scheduled for tomorrow.

Okaya Moto Faast EV scooter offers a ride range between 120 km to 135 km on single charge. The EV scooter will offer 60-70 kmph. And this riding range is enough to get by day to day activities. The scooter is given 8 rated degrees of gradability. The LFP battery pack is positioned vertically under the scooter’s seat whereas the second battery pack is positioned horizontally under the floorboard.

Moto Faast EV Scooter will be available in five colours. The colours include- Black, Red, Green, Grey, and Cyan. over the top, Okaya as of now haven’t revealed the rated power outputs and peak on the electric motor which is a hub-mounted unit.

The scooter is expected to have tubeless tyres as it is coming with alloy wheels. Tubeless tyres are comparatively easily manageable than tube-type tyres as when punctured or have any issue, the whole tyre needs to be taken out and has to be fixed.

Okaya Moto Faast Specs

The scooter has a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen that might display trip meter, odometer, battery percentage, time, and riding mode. It is also equipped with turn indicators and LED components for headlamps. The scooter also gets disc brakes both in front and back which are much better than drum brakes in overall handling of the scooter. Suspension duties are being optimally done by telescopic forks in the front and shock absorbers at the back.
