The two-wheeler giant Royal Enfield has finally launched the Himalayan 450 adventure bike with tubeless spoke wheels and a rally seat. Royal Enfield is offering the new spoke wheels for INR 11,000 through the MiY configurator and a rally seat for INR 4,950. The new wheels can be fitted to any trim of the Himalayan 450 bike. Customers who already own the Himalayan 450 bike and want to purchase the tubeless spoked wheels will have to pay a sum of INR 12,500, excluding fitting charges. Since the Himalayan is an adventure bike, the spoke wheels will provide more flexibility and strength on rough terrain.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Price

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 price in India for Kaza Brown color is INR 2.85 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Slate Blue color scheme version is being offered at an ex-showroom price of INR 2.93 lakh. On the contrary, the Hanle Black shade is priced at INR 2.98 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is loaded with disc brakes at both ends for better-stopping power. It houses a range of advanced amenities, including dual-channel ABS, a digital instrument cluster, Google Maps-powered turn-by-turn navigation, and ride-by-wire technology. The Himalayan 450 motorcycle is being offered in two unique riding modes: Performance and Eco. Other features include Bluetooth connectivity, all-LED lighting, SMS and call alerts, adjustable seat heights, and a range of accessories.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Engine

Powering the Himalayan 450 bike is a 425-cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that can generate power of 39.4 bhp and peak torque of 40 Nm. The unit is paired with a six-speed gearbox along with a slipper clutch. Suspension duties are done by a dual-spar frame that is supported by inverted forks up front, and at the rear, the motorcycle gets a monoshock system.
