In a bid to increase its sales in this festive season, Tata Motors, one of India’s leading automobile manufacturers, has introduced new “festival of cars” discount offers on its selective car models. The Indian automotive market is anticipated to attract a huge influx of customers this festive season. Several OEMs are now providing discounts on their vehicles to attract more customers.

The SUV manufacturer is offering discounts of up to INR 2.05 lakh on its ICE models, including the Tata Tiago, Altroz, Nexon, Harrier, and Safari. Tata has secluded its electric vehicle lineup from this new festive offer. These new discount offers will continue till October 31, 2024.

Under the “Festival of Cars” scheme, the Tata Safari three-row SUV receives maximum benefits of up to INR 2.05 lakh. Besides other benefits, the company is providing a discount of INR 1.80 lakh on its price. On the other hand, the Tata Harrier SUV is now available with benefits worth INR 1.60 lakh. All Hyundai Nexon variants are now being offered at a discount of INR 8 lakh.

The Tigor subcompact sedan receives a benefit of INR 30,000, whereas the Tiago hatchback can be purchased at a discount of INR 65,000. Tata is offering the Altroz hatchback with a discount of INR 45,000.

Tata Cars Prices

Models                Prices (Ex-Showroom)

Tata Tiago        INR 4.99 Lakh

Tata Altroz      INR 6.49 Lakh

Tata Nexon          INR 7.99 Lakh

Tata Harrier    INR 14.99 Lakh

Tata Safari      INR 15.49 Lakh

Notably, the company is not offering any discounts on the Punch SUV, its best-selling model. The Tata Punch SUV comes with three engine options: CNG, ICE, and electric. The company has also not listed the newly launched Curvv coupe SUV under the festive discount scheme.

The “Festival of Cars” discount campaign arrives at a time when the homegrown automaker has been struggling to achieve good sales numbers in the country. Tata’s sales dropped by 8 percent in August 2024. To overcome this, the automaker has increased discounts on its lineup.
