TVS Motor has finally launched the all-new Apache RTR 160 4V, priced at an ex-showroom figure of Rs 1.40 lakh. The new version gets some significant updates in the front suspension while the colour options are new this time; the Apache and its other major aspects remain as they were before.
Apache 160 4V Specifications
The standout change in the TVS Apache 160 4V specifications is the replacement of the previous telescopic fork with a 37mm upside down fork. This modification is aimed particularly towards improving the bike’s handling capabilities and also increasing the comfort of the rider while riding at high speeds and making sharp turns. Other than that, the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Gains USD Fork which is gold plated, improving the visual aspects of the motorbike. The back end retains a monoshock suspension system while the motorcycle also features brake discs on both wheels together with dual-channel ABS to enhance braking performance and improve safety reliability.

TVS Apache New Features
In addition to the TVS Apache new features, the RTR 160 4V now arrives in three new variants- Granite Grey, Matte Black, and Pearl White. These new colours along with the golden USD fork gives the bike a more striking and modern appearance. As for the TVS Apache 160 performance aspects, it still keeps a 160cc single cylinder oil cooled engine which makes 17.35 bhp and 14.73 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a five-speed transmission, providing just the right amount of power for both urban and highway rides. Apache RTR 160 4V Digital Display
The digital display of the Apache RTR 160 4V is still expected and it comes with SmartXonnect technology by TVS. As a result the phone gets connected with the navigation system installed in the bike allowing turn by turn navigation, crash alert in addition to calls and message alerts. Also, the motorcycle offers three riding modes – Urban, Rain and Sport, allowing the rider to select the optimum mode depending on the riding conditions.
