  • Festive Bloom: Renault India Delivered 100 Triber, Kiger, and Kwid Units on Dhanteras in Raipur

On the occasion of Dhanteras, Renault, one of the popular car makers in India, achieved a significant milestone by delivering 100 units of its popular models Triber, Kiger and Kwid in Raipur. The brand delivered 100 car models in a single day at an event hosted by Mahadeva Group Dealer in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The event was a hit as it saw notable customer participation backed by the efforts and support of Renault India. The auto marque locally manufactures the Kiger, Kwid, and Triber at its facility in Tamil Nadu.

In Raipur, Renault India delivered 18 Kwids, 52 Tribers, and 30 Kiger units. Interestingly, Renault's more expensive models, the Kiger and Triber, account for a larger share of deliveries than its entry-level vehicle, the Kwid. The newly unveiled Night & Day Limited Edition versions further aided the event's popularity. This significant achievement demonstrates Renault India's growing footprint and the popularity of its vehicles among Indian buyers.

Renault Triber

The Renault Triber is a spacious subcompact model specially designed to cater to the needs of Indian families. It is offered in a seven-seater configuration and is packed with a seven-inch TFT instrument cluster, conveniences like power fold ORVMs, a driver seat armrest, and a wireless charger. It draws power from a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol powertrain that is mated to a five-speed transmission or an automatic unit.

Renault Kwid

Renault India offers the Kwid with features like an 8-inch touchscreen Media NAV system, a rear seatbelt reminder, and 14 safety amenities as standard, making it one of the safest cars in the Indian market. Under the hood, the brand's most affordable car, the Renault Kwid, draws power from a 1.0-litre NA engine that is paired with a five-speed AMT and manual.

Renault Kiger

The Kiger subcompact SUV comes equipped with a leatherette steering wheel, semi-leatherette seats, and new technological enhancements in the form of a bezelless auto-dim IRVM and auto-fold ORVMs. The car’s turbo engine variant packs red brake calipers. Powering the Kiger subcompact SUV is a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine and a 1.0-litre NA engine.

The Vice President of Sales Marketing at Renault India, Sudhir Malhotra, said, “We are thrilled by the overwhelming response from our customers, with deliveries crossing 100 units in Raipur during this festive season. These deliveries signify the trust Indian customers have in the Renault brand. Seeing the excitement and appreciation for all our models—Triber, Kiger, and Kwid—is heartening. Renault India remains committed to providing our customers with unparalleled products and experiences as we continue to grow in the Indian market."
