Citroen India has rolled out its popular C3 hatchback in India with major updates. The brand is offering the new Citroen C3 CNG version with a dealer-level CNG kit, making this hatchback INR 93,000 more premium over the petrol variant. The Citroen C3 CNG price in India starts at INR 7.16 lakh (ex-showroom). Citroen is offering a three-year/one lakh km warranty on the new CNG hatchback. Customers can get the recent refinement done at their closest Citroen dealerships.
The French auto giant has teamed up with Lovato for the installation of CNG kits in the hatchback. The kit includes one CNG cylinder that is water-equivalent in capacity, with a volume of 55 litres. According to the company, a full tank provides a range of about 170 to 200 kilometres.

2025 Citroen C3 CNG Features
When it comes to features, the 2025 Citroen C3 CNG continues to feature amenities like a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7.0-inch full-digital instrument cluster display, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and automatic climate control. Other Citroen C3 CNG features include a rear parking camera, day/night IRVM, fog lights, 15-inch diamond-cut alloys, a wiper and washer, a rear defogger, and skid plates at the rear.
For safety, the Citroen C3 CNG comes equipped with six airbags as standard, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), hill hold assist, TPMS, EBD, rear parking sensors, ABS, auto-folding wing mirrors, and more.
2025 Citroen C3 CNG Engine
Under the hood, the 2025 Citroen C3 CNG draws power from a naturally aspirated 1.2-litre engine and C3 CNG kit. The engine churns out power of 82 bhp and peak torque of 115 Nm. The C3 CNG model provides 28.1 km/kg of ARAI-certified fuel efficiency, and its engine is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. Its rear suspension has been updated so that customers get to experience the same ride quality offered in the standard petrol model.
In the Indian market, the Citroen C3 hatchback gives tough competition to the likes of the Maruti Celerio, Tata Tiago, and Maruti Wagon R.
