Toyota is all set to unveil a sporty edition of its pick-up truck, Hilux at the Tokyo Auto Salon. The new edition is named Black Rally Edition and has lots of TRD elements. Toyota also released several pictures of other trucks with TRD parts but it's unclear whether Toyota will showcase them as well.
Images revealed show the Hilux sporting a TRD- branded skid plate, a rear sports bar and a chrome dual exhaust system along with red fog light surrounds, mesh grille inserts and plastic fender flares. Additionally, body side graphics, side-step and 5-spoke alloy wheels with a black finish. Toyota has also included TRD-branded mud flaps and meaty all terrain tyres on Hilux Black Rally Edition.
Pictures released by Toyota also show other trucks along with the Hilux Black Rally Edition. A white Hilux has been shown with contrasting red skid plate, extended fender flares and a rear sports bar. Other highlights a blacked out grille and 6 spoke alloy wheels. An even more aggressive Hilux has been shown in the pictures which swaps the traditional grille for a TRD-branded grille, different alloy wheels and revised graphics in addition to the upgrades seen on other trucks.
