The Edition Sport is priced at ₹38.6 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and it features a few cosmetic changes on the outside and inside. On the outside, there are new porty looking, glossy black touches on the kidney grille and at the rear. On the inside, there’s contrasting black and red sports seats, chrome garnish on the console, contrasting red stitching on the sports steering wheel and gear shift paddles.
The Edition Sport also comes fitted with an electric glass sunroof and a 205W, nine-speaker music system. The car comes with BMW Connected Drive as standard, the iDrive controller and a 6.5-inch colour display with CD drive, BMW Apps, Bluetooth and USB/AUX IN connectivity and a rear view camera along with Park Distance Control. The car also comes fitted with six airbags, ABS with brake assist, Dynamic Stability Control including Dynamic Traction Control, Cornering Brake Control, Isofix child seat mounting, run-flat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensors.
Under the hood is the same 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel motor that does duty in the other 320d variants. The engine makes 190hp and 400Nm of peak torque and is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission which channels power to the rear wheels.
