Tigor was launched in March 2017 and since then, there has been no update to it. Tata Motors has teased this image, so expect the launch of the new Tigor within this year or in a few weeks. However, there will be some mild cosmetic changes on the exterior and interior of the car.
The changes to the new Tigor includes a new blue paint scheme, a set of brand-new alloy wheels and redesigned projector headlamps. On the inside, expect a bigger touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
The engine and other mechanicals will remain the same. The Tigor will be available with two engine options – 1.2-litre Revotron, three-cylinder petrol and 1.05-litre three-cylinder diesel unit. Both the engines will be mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox, but there will be an option of AMT with the petrol engine. The additional features will cost you a bit premium, so expect a slight hike in Tigor’s price.
