Scooters make moving around a city quite fun, what with the lack of changing gears or their manoeuvrability through narrow gaps, the general ease of riding one and also the sleek style statements they can make. Today, scooter sales have gone through the roof and more and more manufacturers are concentrating their efforts on this space like never before. Here’s a list of some of the stand out scooters from Auto Expo 2018.
Suzuki Burgman Street
Notably, the ‘Burgman’ moniker, internationally, is used for Suzuki’s top of the line scooter offerings which also includes a 600cc variant. This one has been specially designed for the Indian market and is based on the Suzuki Access 125 scooter. The Burgman Street gets maxi-scooter styling, which helps it really stand out from its competition. There's a large front apron which comes fitted with LED headlamps and full-digital console.
