The new Hyundai i30 Fastback N has been revealed ahead of its Paris Motor Show debut. Hyundai's N division transforms regular Hyundai cars to performance oriented machines and same is the case with the i30 Fastback N. The car is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine.
This turbo petrol makes 250 PS of power in its standard version and 275 PS in its optional Performance guise. In terms of torque, the high performance petrol motor produces 353 Nm of torque and with the overboost function it further boosts the peak torque to 378 Nm. This overboost function activates automatically when it reaches the maximum torque.
The Hyundai i30 Fastback N Performance Package does the 0-100 km/hr run in 6.1 seconds while the regular version does 6.4 seconds. This performance fastback comes with driving modes and you can choose between Eco, Normal, Sport, N and N Custom modes. The exterior and interior get sporty styling elements and it is loaded with a long list of features.
