The car was spotted in its final production-guise ahead of its May launch. The car was being filmed for a video commercial on the outskirts of Mumbai and this is the first time the car has been shot on the road after it was globally unveiled at the 2018 Auto Expo earlier this year.
The car is a whole lot more grown up now and it gets a lot of new-age Honda cues as well. The cabin will most probably remain unchanged from the show car. On the inside, there will be dual-tone interiors and top versions will feature a touchscreen infotainment system, push-button start and cruise control. The car is also more spacious now thanks to some clever packaging.
There are four engine gearbox options – a 1.2-litre petrol engine with the option of a manual or a CVT gearbox, as well as a 1.5-litre diesel with the option of a manual or CVT gearbox. Both CVT versions come with paddleshifters as well.
The car will be launched in the second half of May and bookings opened last week for an amount of Rs 21,000. Dealers say that the cars will be delivered at the end of next month.
