The all-new Compass will further expand the company’s India line-up. The Trailhawk adds to the standard Compass’ off-road ability with more kit and mechanical upgrades.
This version will get a raised suspension to improve the Compass’ approach, breakover and departure angles. The suspension of the Trailhawk is tweaked for better performance off-road, while dual-purpose on/off-road tyres will be part of standard kit as well.
The SUV will also come with skid plates to cover all essential mechanical and underbody components will also be part of the package. Other cosmetic differences will include blacked-out body panels and revised bumpers with exposed tow hooks. You can also expect new interior themes exclusive to the Trailhawk. Expect the Trailhawk to be available only in four-wheel drive. The Trailhawk is powered by a Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre Multijet II diesel engine.
