The company’s four-wheel-drive SUV coupe is called the e-Evolution and it will feature four-wheel-drive and an electric powertrain. The company begins a new chapter under the Renault-Nissan alliance, and this car will see the revival of the Evolution moniker, which was last used on the Lancer Evolution X Final Edition sold in 2015.
So far, there is no confirmation on the production version of this concept, however, this model indicates Mitsubishi’s future direction as a brand. The carmaker calls the concept its flagship and it will preview its future direction in terms of styling and powertrains.
Mitsubishi was acquired in 2016 by Nissan, bringing Mitsubishi into the Renault-Nissan Alliance, and this concept is touted to help the brand get back on its feet.
