The company showed the Final Edition of the Pajero, which will be the last version of this car. It will be discontinued because of stricter emission norms and slow sales.
The company announced two special-edition models, both dubbed 'Pajero Final Edition' and Mitsubishi will make 1,000 units (300 for the three-door and 700 for the five-door Pajero). Each car will be fitted with a unique number on its plate. There are unique 18-inch rims and there’s a 4mm-thick front and under-run protection bar that’s finished in matte black. You also get headlight washers, automatic headlamps and rain-sensing wipers, a Bluetooth-equipped infotainment system, heated seats and cruise control. The five-door come with 20-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, illuminated door sills, leather seating, a glass sunroof, along with Mitsubishi's infotainment and navigation system.
The engine in both cars is the same 190hp, 3.2-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine that’s mated to a five-speed automatic gearbox and offers full-time four-wheel drive. For now, there is no news on whether the Final Edition will be sold in India.
