To enhance the customer service experience, the French automobile manufacturer, Renault has launched the My Renault App. This app hosts more than 90 features which range from buying the accessories for your car to book a new Renault car.

This app is available on both Android and iOS. New customers can look through the complete range of Renault car with this app and can submit an enquiry to the preferred Renault dealer for a new car. The app can be used to get accessories and merchandise for your Renault car as well.

One of the major features of this app is that it connects to the Renault’s Dealer Management System (DMS) which helps in keeping track of all the transactions. This app also offers roadside assistance, customer care, payment gateway, SMS and e-mails to the customer. The app can be used as a digital vault to keep your car documents and user manual. Notifications and reminders of the scheduled service are also provided by this app.
