After enjoying much success with the Tiago hatchback, Tata is launching its new compact sedan, the Tigor.
Tata set itself ambitious targets with the Tigor compact sedan – this car is after all re-entering a segment the carmaker helped create in the first place. At the back, the car’s coupe-like roof meets the boot quite elegantly, while the front is reminiscent of the Tiago. But that isn't where the resemblance ends - even the interiors are heavily inspired by the hatchback. Roomy and comfortable, the interiors also come with some additions such as a revised climate control unit and new seat patterns. The compact sedan is powered by a 85hp, 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated Revotron petrol motor, while the diesel unit is the 70hp, 1.05-litre Revotorq engine. Both engines come paired to a five-speed manual gearbox.
