The updated Jazz will go on sale in India on July 19, 2018. A complete list of its new features was leaked online prior to its official launch. There will be four petrol and three diesel variants. The petrol car will be sold in V and VX trims with both variants available with either a manual or CVT automatic gearbox. You can get the diesel car in the base S, V and VX trims equipped with a manual gearbox. There won’t be a diesel-CVT variant on the Jazz.

The 2018 Honda Jazz will be available with five exterior paint shades which include a new silver as well as a red paint shade similar to the one seen on the new Amaze. While the updated Jazz gets more equipment in all its variants, Honda has discontinued offering its clever Magic Seats which were earlier available only on the top-spec trim. There is no word on pricing, as of now. Expect more details on the new Jazz to surface closer to its July 19 launch date. Key rivals to the Jazz include the popular Maruti Baleno and the Hyundai i20.
