This potent variant of its iconic sportscar, the 911 GT2 RS, is priced at Rs 3.88 crore (ex-showroom). The new 911 GT2 RS is the most powerful road-going 911 ever – it’s 3.8-litre flat-six engine makes a whopping 700hp and 750Nm. Power is channelled to the rear wheels via Porsche's seven-speed, dual-clutch automatic gearbox, which the company has beefed up to handle the extra power.
The GT2 RS can hit 100kph in 2.8 seconds and can go on to hit a top speed of 340kph. This car is also the fastest production car to lap the Nurburgring, with a time of just 6m 47.3sec.
Weight saving measures include a carbon fibre bonnet, front wings, exterior mirror casings, air ducts surrounds, a magnesium roof and a titanium exhaust. You can cut a further 30kg by opting for the Weissach Package, which adds a carbon fibre roof and magnesium alloy wheels.
